Is it illegal to not ship a sold item on ebay?
I was looking at items on ebay, and then thought about the winning bid. What if the seller gets the payment for the item, and then never goes on ebay again? They just take the money and don't ship the product. How would this be resolved? With law enforcement? Or something minor like your ebay account being deleted? What happens to the stealing seller?

Law Enforcement is a very dangerous profession and an officer's life, his fellow officer's lives and the citizens lives depend on your gear functioning 100% of the time. having an outstanding warrant against me? I'm a lime, from England so I want to know if I ever fly to the US on vacation it will come up. I got reported by 50 people in the US for stealing about $400 a piece on eBay website; I sold them XBoxes that my supplier never sent to me so they didn't get it; my business went bust so they were only refunded about 65% of their payment each 3 weeks later but I don't think they told the cops they got this back so warrants may still be outstanding.
